Q: Do you do a site visit to decide on the best location?

A: We do not normally require a site visist for bouncy castle, but if required we would.

 

Q: Do you set up the bouncy castle or are we required to do the setting up?

A: We do all the setting up so all the hassel is taken away. All we ask is you unplug the fan and cover all electrics for overnight bookings.

 

Q: Are Norfolk Inflatable's insured?

A: Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance.

 

Q: What safety equipement is supplied with the bouncy castles?

A: All our bouncy castles come with RCD power breaker, crash mats, stakes, sandbags and ground sheets as required. Safety instruction are supplied in printed form which require signing by the customer and on label on all our castles.

 

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy for illness or adverse weather conditions?

A: We will not charge you as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice.

 

Q: Do you have set delivery times?

A: We aim to deliver bouncy castle between 8am and 10am and collect between 5pm and 7pm as standard. Other time are strictly by prior arrangement.
